If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please do so as early as possible.• You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session time.• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend the session, the session may be charged in full and no refund given.
2. Programs and Packages:
For multi-session programs or packages, details of cancellations and refunds will be shown at the time of purchase. In general:• If you change your mind shortly after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.• Once a program has started and materials or sessions have been delivered, only partial refunds may be available, or no refund, depending on how much of the program you have used.
