Hi, My name is Tuija.

I’m a dedicated personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Bournemouth, UK. My goal is to empower my clients to achieve lasting health improvements through practical, sustainable strategies.

Most diets promise fast results – low carb, fasting, extreme calorie cutting, plant-based resets. I myself have tried all of them. Some worked for a while, but most came with a same problems: low energy, frustfration, and results that didn’t last.

I believe lasting health comes from small, sustainable changes – not restrictions, starvation, or obsessively counting calories. Instead of completely changing the way you eat, I focus on improving what you already do:

  • choosing healthier versions of the foods you enjoy,
  • adding more nutrient-dense foods,
  • building balanced meals,
  • improving energy levels,
  • and creating habits that fit real life.

No extremes. No “all or nothing” mindset

The goal is simple: Give your body the right balance of nutrients, combine it with enjoyable movement, quality sleep, and consistency, and create the conditions for long-term health, performance and energy. This will make you feel stronger, healthier and better every day.
